Talent Days represent a direct gateway to Academy Zengg and the broader NextStep development system.
During Talent Days, players participate in specially designed training drills and small-sided matches that allow our experts to evaluate performance under realistic game conditions.
The focus is on individual quality, decision-making speed, technical execution, tactical intelligence, and mental resilience.
Each participant receives structured feedback, and selected players may be invited to join Academy Zengg or enter the NextStep Talent System for further monitoring and development.
